Walled Gardens
Positioned to the right as you enter from the main gates the Walled Gardens are edged by the historic perimeter wall. The lawn is edged by both mature trees and younger growing trees, each with its own beauty. The space is ideally for welcome receptions, getaway moments and chill out zones. If you look carefully you might find the private woodland trail to be enjoyed by event guests only.

Syon Woods Lawn
An open lawn space over looking the banks of the River Thames. The lawn is edged by private woodland with classic British Trees and plants. The lawn spans a vast area and is considerably level making a great space for a range of delegate centred activities such as live entertainment, food and beverage installments, games and other interactive entertainment. The lawn is adjacent to the event marquees and a short walking distance from the front gates.

Lower Lawn
Positioned to the left as you enter from the main gates, the Lower Lawn is a charming woodland glade perfect for a breakout space, chillout area or an activity which does not need all delegates to present at one time. The views of the main marquee and the Walled Gardens makes it a cosy space with plenty to observe and enjoy. The slightly uneven lawn makes for a classic British Woodland feel.

The Foyer
A great space which can serve as the entrance to the Duke’s Hall or an event space within its own right. The space is connected to the restroom facilities and benefits from a 5m outdoor overhang and glazed doors. The space is a versatile with what it can provide within a packed event agenda.Size: 10m x 30m with 5m external overhang.

Duke's Hall
The grand marquee suite overlooking the Syon Woods, is visually striking for all the space it affords the event planners and the elevated design notes that bring an elegance to your event without compromising functionality. The Duke’s Hall is a fully air conditioned space with a preinstalled state of the art sound system. A catering space is attached to the event space waiting for your catering team to come and use as their designated kitchen area. Size: 25m x 50m with 5m external overhang.
